JUSTICE SHRI.K.R.UDAYABHANU,PRESIDENT

          The appellants are the opposite parties in CC 259/09 in the file of CDRF, Alappuzha.  We find that the order is not a speaking one.  It is elementary to specify the reasons for the finding in an order issued a quasi judicial authority.  The Forum has failed to realize the above fundamental fact. 

          2. In the circumstances, the order of the Forum is set aside.  The matter is remitted back to the Forum.  The Forum is directed to issue a considered order after giving notice to both sides.  The matter stands posted before the Forum on 7.5.11.

          The office will forward a copy of this order to the Forum urgently.
