Delay in filing the Revision Petitions is condoned.

Counsel for the petitioner prays that these petitions be dismissed as not pressed leaving the question of law open as the amount awarded by the fora below is very meager, i.e. Rs.10,000/- in Revision Petitions 2170 and 2171 of 2011 and Rs.12,500/- in Revision Petition 2172/201; that the costs of litigation would be more than the amount involved.

The revision petitions are dismissed as not pressed in terms of the prayer made leaving the question of law left open.
