          Called out. Party’s Counsel are absent. An application has been moved by the counsel for the appellant that he is suffering from Hypertension and is unable to come but no medical certificate has been enclosed.

          We have seen the order dated 18.4.2018 in which it has been clearly mentioned that the appellant has not taken complete steps for service of notice on the respondent and he was directed to take steps within 7 days with remark that no further adjournment shall be accepted. In spite of it steps not completed by the appellant. It shows that he is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

          Therefore, adjournment is rejected and the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution as well as non-presence.
