‘मी या द्वारे आपणांस अशी तक्रार करु इच्छितो की, मी गाडी घेताना आपल्‍या सर्व सेल्‍समधील कर्मचा-यांना सांगितले होते की, आम्‍ही मे.हिंदूस्‍थान पेट्रोलियमचे कुर्ल्‍यामधील गॅस वितरक आहोत आणि सिलेंडरच्‍या वाहतूकीसाठी ही गाडी आम्‍ही घेत आहोत तेंव्‍हा सर्व कागदपत्रे व्‍यवस्थित व लवकरात लवकर मला द्यावी म्‍हणजे मला ती कागदपत्रे संबंधित एच.पी.कंपीनच्‍या कार्यालयात सादर करता येतील.’In our view, in view of the aforesaid statement made by the Complainant in the letter issued to the Opposite Party, he himself appears to have admitted that the vehicle in dispute was purchased by him as he is distributor of H.P. Gas in Kurla and the said vehicle will be used for transporting the cylinders.            

O R D E R

i.                   Complaint No.69/2011 is dismissed with no order as to cost.

ii.                Certified copies of this order be furnished to the parties.
