ORDER

ORDER. 1.Complaint is allowed in part. 2.The opposite party shall refund the amount which the complainant has Paid Rs.2,500/- within the 2 months after recieving the order copy. 3.Suppose the opposite party failed to refund the amount within 2 months from the recieving order copy he shall pay interest ofr 15%.p.a. from the date of recieving application till the date of payment. 4.Both the parties shall bear their costs. 5.Give a copy of this order to each party according to rules.
