ORDER

This order is pronounced in the open Forum on separate sheets of paper today. The complainant's complaint is allowed. The opposite party is directed to refund Rs.7,000/- along with Rs.3,430/- being the interest at 12% p.a. on Rs.7,000/- from 26.10.94 to 25.11.98. He shall also pay Rs.1,000/- as compensation and Rs.300/- as cost of prosecuting the complaint. The opposite party should comply with this order within six weeks from the date of this order, failing which he shall be liable to pay further interest at 15% p.a. within the date of payment. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both sides parties by RPAD immediately.
