Hence, the Forum has awarded the following compensation to the complainant, which should be paid by the o.p. to the complainant within 30 days of this order. 1. Fees remitted to o.p. on 17.11.92 Rs.250. 2. Exam Fee paid on 25.02.1993 Rs.1,260/- 3. Other expenses and court cost Rs.300/- 4. Mental agony Rs.3,000/- ------------- Rs. 4,810/- Complaint ia allowed.
