This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today.<br /> This complaint allowed in part. The complainant is held entitled to the amount of Rs.25,000/- as compensation from the 1st respondent for mental and physical agony that he has sufferred due to the deficiency of service by the 1st respondent together with Rs.200/- paid as consideration for the services rendered by the 1st respondent and Rs.500/- towards costs of this proceedings.<br /> The 1st respondent shall pay the amount of Rs.25,000/- as compensation tot he complainant forthe mental and physical agony that the complainant has suffered due to his deficiency in service by him together with Rs.200/- paid as consideration for the services rendered by him and Rs.500/- towards costs of this proceedings within 2 months from the date of the receipt of the copy of this judgement and order, apart from bearing his own costs.<br /> The other claims claimed by the complainant are hereby rejected.<br /> The complaint against 2nd and 3rd respondent is dismissed without costs.<br /> Send the certified copies of this judgement and other to bothsides parties by certificate of postings.
