ORDER

1. O.P. should restore the telephone connection No.32517 immediately if it is not restored as far. 2. O.P.should not collect the amount of Rs.20.753/- as per demand notice dt.25-8-1993 and 10-9-1993. 3. The bills dt.11-2-1993 and 14-4-1993 are quashed and O.P. is directed to prepare fresh bills for the disputed period on the basis of the highest bill receved during the six months preceeding the date of disputed bill and adding 10% to the amount so determined and the complainant be asked to pay that amount. 4. O.P. is to pay Rs.250/- as court cost and Rs.500/- for mental agony to the complainant. Cases referred: 1. National Consumer Disputes Redressal commission, new Delhi. revision petition No.117/1995. Decided as on 6-5-1996 2. 1996(!) CPR 157, State Consumer Disputes Redressal commission, Bihar, Patna, Appeal No.203 of 1992. Decided as on 17-11-1994.
