ORDER

complaint is allowed as under 2. O.P. is directed to pay damages of Rs.500/- to the complainant with cost of Rs.100/- within two months from the date of receipt of this order, failing which the damages shall carry interest at the rate of 12% p.a. till the date of payment. Send copy of this judgement and order to O.P. by RPAD and to the complainant under COP.
