ORDER

Monika Jain Vs. Branch Manager, Myntra

 

Present:        Complainant in person.

                    Sh. Deepanshu Tuteja, Adv. for OP.

         

1.                 Written statement alongwith power of attorney filed on behalf of OP.

2.                 Thereafter, Ld. counsel for OP has made a statement, recorded separately, that as per compromise between the parties to the complaint, OP is agreed to pay Rs.3000/- (Rs. Three thousand) to the complainant within 45 days from today subject to return of the saree in question and if the amount is not paid within 45 days, the amount shall carry simple interest @ 12% per annum from the date of filing of the complaint till its realization.

3.                 Upon which, learned counsel for complainant made a statement verifying the above statement and undertake to return the saree to the counsel of OP and prayed for withdrawal of the complaint.

4.                 In view of the above statements, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties are directed to remain bound by their respective statement(s). Certified copies of this order be sent to parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be consigned to the records, in due course.
