Again case called after lunch,  but none has come present on behalf of complainant nor evidence of the complainant  present. Perusal of the record shows that none has come present on behalf of the complainant from the last 5 hearings and  in the interest of justice, the case was being adjourned and thereafter,  vide order 03.12.2011 of this  District Consumer Commission, the written  intimation was also sent to the complainant to pursue the matter which was duly received by Sh.Shiv Bansal husband of the complainant  on 10.12.2021. But despite receipt of intimation, none has come present on behalf of the complainant. It presumes that the complainant is not interested in prosecuting her case. It is 4.00 PM. Hence, the complaint is dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File be consigned to record room after compliance.
