                    The parties have amicably settled the matter. As per settlement the counsel for the OPs is ready to pay Rs.1500/- to the complainant towards full and final settlement. The offer of the Ops is acceptable to the counsel for the complainant and he wants to withdraw the complaint. In this regard he has appended a note on the complaint.

                   In view of the above, it is ordered that the OPs  shall pay a sum of 1500/- to the complainant within 30 days from the date of receipt certified copy of this order failing which the OPs shall pay additional amount of Rs.1000/- to the complainant.. Hence, the complaint stands disposed off being settled.

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
