ORDER

     Counsels for both the OPs filed their separate memorandum of appearance.

     Heard. Parties have compromised the matter. Statement of counsel for complainant and counsel for OP No.2 recorded and placed on file. Per statement made, a sum of Rs.1500/- paid in cash to the counsel for complainant by counsel for OP No.2 towards full and final settlement. Hence, this complaint is dismissed having been compromised and statement of the counsel for the parties shall form a part of this order.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
