     Heard. On attempt, the parties have compromised the matter. Statement of counsel for complainant recorded and placed on file alongwith photocopy of cheque of Rs.2,000/- bearing No.493734. In view of the statement of counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. Statement of counsel for complainant recorded today shall form a part of this order.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
