ORDER

                    This case was fixed for 20.12.2020.  It is taken up today on the basis of an application moved by the counsel for the complainant for pre-ponment of the same.

                    The parties have amicably settled the matter. As per settlement the counsel for the OPs are ready to pay Rs.1500/- towards full and final settlement of the case to the complainant within 30 days. The offer of Ops is acceptable to the counsel for the complainant.  Both the counsel have appended their respective notes on the complaint regarding the settlement.

                   In view of the above, it is ordered that the OPs shall pay a sum of 1500/- to the complainant within 30 days from  the date of receipt of certified copy of the order,  failing which the OPs shall pay additional amount of Rs.1000/- to the complainant. Hence, the complaint stands dispose off.

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
