ORDER

                    The matter has been settled between the parties in Lok Adalat.  As per settlement, the OPs agreed to pay an amount of Rs.1500/- to the complainant as full & final towards his claim, which is acceptable to the ld.Counsel for the complainant as per instruction of complainant. 

                   Accordingly, the OPs are directed to make payment of Rs.1500/- to the complainant within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which they shall also be liable to pay penal amount of Rs.2000/- apart from Rs.1500/-.   In this view of the matter, the complaint stands dismissed as settled. 

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
