     This consumer complaint was earlier fixed for 24.06.2023 and has been preponed for today vide order dated 16.06.2023 of the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh.

     As per the statement made by the complainant on 01.06.2023, the matter has been settled between the parties and in view of the settlement, the complainant does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint further. In view of the statement of complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
