ORDER

     Previous costs of Rs.350/- paid by counsel for OP No.2 to the counsel for complainant. Heard. The matter has amicably been settled. Statement of Sh.Amit Mahajan, Counsel for OP No.2 and that of Sh.Yogesh K.Puri, Counsel for Complainant have been recorded, in view of which the present consumer complaint is disposed off being settled. The statements made by the parties shall form a part of this order and shall be binding on both the parties. It is made clear that in case the amount settled is not paid to the complainant by OP No.2 as agreed upon, this order shall be treated as executable decree and the complainant shall be at liberty to get the same executed by filing an execution application.   

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
