ORDER
Sh.Rohit Kumar, Advocate, puts in appearance on behalf of OP and filed his memorandum of appearance.      Heard. On attempt, the parties have settled the matter. Statement of Sh.Rohit Kumar, Counsel for OP and that of Sh.Satish Mishra, Counsel for Complainant have been recorded separately, in view of which the present consumer complaint is disposed off being settled and award is accordingly passed before the Lok Adalat. Statement of counsels for the parties recorded today shall form a part of this order and shall be binding on both the parties.         Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.

Statement of Sh.Rohit Kumar, Counsel for Opposite Party(OP).

 

 

I have been instructed by OP to appear and make statement on their behalf. The matter has been settled. As per settlement, the OP has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.1500/- to the complainant towards full and final settlement in this consumer complaint. The complainant has agreed to the same. The said amount shall be paid within 30 days from today. In the event of failure of payment of this amount, it shall carry on penal interest @ 9% p.a from today i.e. 13.07.2019 till its realization. Appropriate order may be passed.
