                    The ld.Counsel for the complainant has appended a note on the complaint itself with regard to withdrawal of the complaint with liberty to file fresh.  In this view of the matter, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action.

                    Certified copy of this order be communicated to the complainant free of cost.  After compliance file be consigned.
