Rajesh Kumar vs. My Family Escapes etc.

CC No. 131 of 2015.

 

Present: Sh. Jitender Bhagat, Advocate, counsel for complainant.

               Sh. Sushil Kumar, Manager for OPs.

             

                  Today the case was fixed for arguments. However, counsel for the complainant made a statement that compromise has been effected between the parties. Now nothing remains towards the OPs. So, he wants to withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied.  

                       In view of the aforesaid statement made by the counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
