ORDER

     The case called out several times but neither the complainant nor anybody else on his behalf has turned up. Perusal of the record shows that on the last of hearing also nay earlier thereto complainant did not turn up. OP could not be served for want of correct address. So, the complainant was directed to furnish the correct address of OP, but complainant has not turned up to pursue this case, nor furnished correct address of OP. Repeated non appearance and non compliance of the order of this commission shows that complainant is not interested in prosecution of the present consumer complaint. Hence, this consumer complaint is dismissed for want of prosecution and non compliance of the order of this Commission.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
