The complaint is alleging unfair trade practice and deficiency of service on the part of the opposite party and seeking return of the gold ornaments pledged.
- The opposite party filed written version denying all allegations and claims made against them.
- Today the case is posted for the affidavit of the complainant as last chance. But the complainant remained absent and there is no representation for him. The onus is on the complainant to prove the case so as to get an order as prayed for. The complaint is continuously absent and it appears that he is not interested in pursuing the matter. No deficiency of service and unfair trade practice as alleged is proved against the opposite party.
In the result, the complaint is dismissed. No order as to costs.
