          As per office report no stay order or any other order has been received form the Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi or any other Court.

2.                           The file of Execution Application No.41/2013 in C.C.422/2012 has also been requisitioned from the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-I, UT, Chandigarh.

3.                            It is evident from the record that against the order dated 06.02.2013, the applicant/complainant, as also the appellants/Opposite Parties filed two F.A.Nos.101/2013 and 102/2013 respectively before  this Commission. Both the appeals, aforesaid, were dismissed by this Commission, vide order dated 14.05.2013.

4.                           It is further evident from the record that thereafter an Execution Application, referred to above, was filed before the District Forum concerned, wherein, the order dated 15.10.2013, was passed to the effect, that an amount of Rs.52,803/-, was handed over by the Counsel   for the Opposite Parties/JDs to the Counsel  for the complainant. It is further evident from the order dated 15.10.2013, referred to above, that       the Counsel for the Opposite Parties/JDs       , stated that a sum of Rs.25000/- had already been deposited, in this Commission, at the time of filing F.A. No.102/2013 and the same be released in favour of the applicant/complainant. Ultimately, on the basis of the said order dated 15.10.2013,  the complainant made a statement on 15.01.2014 that the Execution Application, referred to above, be dismissed as withdrawn.

5.                           In this view of the matter, the instant application has been filed by the applicant/complainant for release of Rs.25000/- alongwith interest, if any,  accrued thereon, deposited by the appellants/Opposite Parties, at the time of filing F.A. No.102/2013.

6.                           In view of the above, there is no legal impediment, in allowing the application, in the manner, that a sum of Rs.25,000/-, deposited by the appellants/Opposite Parties, at the time of filing the appeal,  alongwith interest, if any, accrued thereon, shall stand refunded, in favour of the applicant/complainant,  against valid receipt and on proper identification.

7.                           The application stands disposed of accordingly.

8.                           Necessary intimation in this regard be sent to the District Forum concerned.

9.                           Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
