Present:       Sh.Ramandeep Lakhanpal, Advocate for complainant.

                   Today, case is fixed for admission hearing. At this stage, Sh.Ramandeep Lakhanpal, Adv. for complainant has suffered a statement that due to some technical defect, he withdraws the present complaint with permission to file fresh complaint, after curing the technical defect. Documents may kindly be returned.

                   In view of statement suffered by Ld. counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint, after curing the technical defect. Documents be returned. File be consigned to record room.
