Dinesh Singh Chauhan Versus Muthoot Finance.

 

Present:     Complainant in person.

                                                                            

                  On the basis of even dated application filed by the complainant, file taken up on today. At the same time, complainant suffered separate statement to withdraw the present complaint on technical fault.

                 Keeping in view the statement suffered by the complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant shall be at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same set of allegations. Two registered post envelope lying on the record still unused, be returned to the complainant. File be consigned to records.
