Final Order

This complaint is filed by the complainant u/S 12 of the C.P. Act, 1986 alleging deficiency in service as well as unfair trade practice against the O.Ps.

On 12.04.2018 the Ld. Counsel for the complaint was present. We took up complaint for hearing on the point of its admissibility. On the face of the record it is revealed that the address of the O.P as mentioned in the petition of complaint by the complainant does not fall within the territorial jurisdiction of this Ld. Forum. In view of the Section 11(2) of the C.P. Act 1986 this complaint cannot be maintainable and hence it is dismissed.

Hence it is order that the C.C. No. – 169/2018 is hereby dismissed being barred by territorial jurisdiction and without being admitted. However the complainant is at liberty to approach before the appropriate Forum/Court, if not barred otherwise. There is no order as to cost.

Let plain copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost as per C.P.R. 2005.
