Vide order dated 07.10.2021, court notice was directed to be issued to the appellant.
According to office report dated 11.01.2022, registered court notice was issued to the appellant on 11.10.2021, which is not received back in the office as yet.
Office has filed tracking report of registered notice issued to the appellant, according to which, registered notice has been delivered to the appellant.
Tracking report be kept on record.
In the interest of justice, one more opportunity is provided to the appellant.

Inspite of that, none has appeared on behalf of the appellant.
