                     Today the case is fixed for consideration on the maintainability of the present complaint. Heard. The complainant has made a statement before this Commission that on technical ground, he wants to withdraw the present complaint reserving his right of fresh filing. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

                         In view of above statement of complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant shall be at liberty to file a fresh complaint, if any, before the appropriate court/competent authority as per law. Original documents, if any, attached with the present complaint, be returned to the complainant after retaining copy of the same on file.
