          Today is fixed for show cause by complainant.

          Complainant is absent without any step.

          It is now 1.25 p.m.

          On repeated calls neither the complainant nor his advocate is found present either to file show cause or to take step.

          In view of the facts and circumstances we have sufficient reason to believe that complainant  has lost his interest to proceed with this case.

          Thus the case is liable to be dismissed.
