This case record has been placed before the ld. Judges of Upobhokta Lok Adalat for settlement.

Heard and considered submission of both sides.

According to the submission of the ld. Lawyers of both sides the disputes involved in this case are settled on payment of amount of Rs. 1,62,924/- without prejudice to the loan account in favour of the op, financial institution as interest.

As the disputes involved in this case has been settled in the light of the observation made above, this case is settled and the complainant is permitted to deposit the said above noted amount as interest to the op, financial institute within one month from the date of this order.

Thus, this case is disposed of through Lok Adalat.

Let a true copy of this order be handed over to both sides at free of cost.
