The complainant and O.Ps are present. They have mutually entered in to a compromise where in the complainant has agreed to withdrawn the consumer complaint upon receipt of Rs 78,890/- towards full and final satisfaction of the claim. Both these parties have filed a joint compromise petition which is allowed. In view of the compromise the complainant does not want to proceed with the case.

Thus, the complaint is dropped as compromised with a direction to the O.Ps to pay an account payee cheque an amount of Rs 78,890/- to the complainant on or before 08.10.2023, failing which the said amount shall attract an interest of 6% per annum till the actual payment.
