Mr. B. Singha, leaned counsel, appearing for the appellant sought liberty to withdraw this appeal and to file an appropriate application before the learned Commission below for satisfaction of the judgment and awarded amount. In view of the submission made by Mr. Singha, we, accordingly allowed the appellant to withdraw this appeal and file appropriate application before the learned Commission below in respect of satisfaction of the awarded amount.
