Proxy counsel for the petitioner and the respondent in person are present. The counsel for the petitioner states that cost of Rs.5000/- has been paid to the respondent and the respondent acknowledges the receipt of the same. The counsel for the petitioner has filed coloured photographs of the construction from inside as well as from outside of the house in question. The counsel for the petitioner states that the respondent may take possession any time he likes from tomorrow onwards. In view of the above position and the payment agreed to by the petitioner amounting to Rs.4,38,054/- which has been paid by the complainant/respondent, we are of the opinion that the revision petition can be disposed of with the directions to the petitioner to hand over the possession of the house in question in the state in which it is shown in the photographs filed today. Accordingly, possession shall be handed over and taken over within two weeks from today. Revision petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms with no order as to cost. Dasti in addition.
