            Heard the Ld. Counsel for the parties and gone through the impugned order and also perused the material available on record. The parties having realized their present factual and legal situation have agreed to settle the matter amicably if a sum of Rs.2,000/- with interest @ 9% p.a from 1.1.2000 till the date of payment, is paid by the Petitioner to the Respondent/Complainant.  
            It is submitted by the Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner that an amount of Rs.4,000/- in terms of the order of the State Commission, had already been

deposited with the State Commission.
Out of the deposited amount, the Complainant/respondent shall be paid the amount in above terms and balance amount, if any, alongwith accrued interest will be refunded to the Petitioner.  
In case only cheque was filed with the State Commission without any actual deposit of the amount then the Petitioner shall pay the amount as above within a period of two weeks from today. Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly.
