Today is fixed for hearing of M.A. case being No. 117/2022 and objection, if any, in the meantime by the other sides.

Complainant files hazira through Ld. Advocate but no steps taken by the OPs .

Heard the Ld. Advocate for the complainant.

The complainant on 16.12.2022 filed an application supported by an affidavit praying for passing order for incorporating Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Ltd. as an OP in this case which has been mentioned in the schedule of the petition and also prays for necessary amendment of the complaint on the grounds that during the proceedings of this case, the OP No. 3 has been expunged in view of the order dt. 22.4.2022 and  before it due to inadvertence Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Ltd. had been incorporated as a party in this case in place of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Ltd. and accordingly the complainant files this petition to incorporate Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Ltd. as OP No.5.

No W/O has been filed by other side, even none came to agitate anything against this petition.

This prayer is very formal in nature and accordingly the prayer of the complainant is considered and allowed.

Hence,  it is

                                            ORDERED

that the M.A. case being No. 117/2022 be and the same is  allowed.

Amend the complaint and the register accordingly.

The complainant is directed to file amended complaint and taking steps against the new added party as Op No.5 by the date fixed.

The M.A. case is thus disposed off.
