Final Order / Judgement

Record is placed before the Lok Adalat as per order dated 22.12.2023 for settlement of the matter.

Both the parties are present.  It appears that this Consumer Complaint was filed by the complainants on 03.03.2020 stating inter alia that the complainants purchased the flat along covered car parking space (garage space) the price of the garage space has been separately fixed of Rs.4,00,000/-.  Prayer of the complainants is for passing an order directing the OPs to provide and allot covered car parking as per the sanctioned building plan demolishing the illegal arrangement of the car parking space by the OPs along with other prayer.

It also appears that a petition  supported by the affidavit has been filed by the complainant on 22.12.2023 stating that the matter in dispute as to the covered car parking space (garage space) has already been settled in between the complainants and the Ops with the prayer for disposal of the case.

On the above, it seems to us that the matter in dispute has been settled in between the parties.

Hence, the CDF Unit-II, CC No. 92/2020 is settled and disposed of finally through the Lok Adalat.

Let a copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of cost with proper endorsement.
