Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant.

This case is taken up for consideration at 12.20 p.m when the complainant is found absent and no step has been taken by the complainant.

No show cause has been filed by the complainant in view of order no.4 dt.16.4.2024.  The conduct of the complainant is reflecting that complainant is not interested to proceed with this case and so this District Commission has no other alternative but to dismiss this case for non-prosecution.

So it is accordingly,

                                                            Ordered

That this complaint case no. 32 of 2024 be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.

No order is passed as to cost.
