                    File taken up today on the application moved by the complainant through his counsel. Parties have settled their dispute amicably. In view of the same ops No.2 & 3 are ready to refund the amount Rs.6000/- out of billing amount of Rs. 9,100/- to the complainant within 30 days subject to deposit of old unit and all accessories at service center, Kurukshetra. Complainant is satisfied with the same. Statements of Ld. Counsel for the complainant and ld. Counsel for Ops No.2 &3 recorded in this context.. In view of the same, the present execution petition stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
