ORDER

This complaint has been filed by complainant Jatinder Singh against Executive Officer, Municipal council opposite party under Section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 as amended upto date. Opposite parties appeared and contested the claim of the complainant. Both the parties led evidence upto their satisfaction. In the ultimate analysis of aforesaid discussion, opposite party was directed to refund amount of Rs.41,355/- and as such complaint was disposed of accordingly. File be consigned to record room.
