ORDER

     The learned counsel for OP has tendered a copy of letter dated 22.11.2023 addressed to the complainant by the office of Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh regarding property tax, which is ordered to be taken on record.

     Vide his separate statement, Dr.Jagdish Jaggi, Complainant has stated that since his request for re-assessing property tax on residential rates has been considered and approved by the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh vide orders dated 02.11.2023, at this stage, he does not press the present consumer complaint and he may be allowed to withdraw the present consumer complaint with liberty to approach this Commission again in case order is not passed in his favour by the authority. In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted as prayed for.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
