Later Opposite party did appear filed an application under Order 9 Rule 7 of CPC to set aside the order of placing the OP exparte.

The Opposite party further filed an application stating that it has already prepared the E-Khatha to the said properties. Accordingly, seeking the permission to handover the said E-Khatha to the complainant, permitted. Opposite party has issued the E-Khatha to the said properties to the complainant, who received it in the open in our presence Fora. Both the complainant and OP submits that to close this case a grievance is redressed. Accordingly, the case is closed.
