          The complainant has filed the instant appeal for challenging the order dated 28.02.2019 passed by the learned District Forum, Fatehabad whereby the complaint filed by him stands dismissed.

2.      According to the complainant, there was defect in the LPG cylinder, which led to the accident in question.  However, as is evident from the impugned order, the evidence produced by the complainant is not sufficient to conclude that the accident had taken place on account of any defect in the cylinder or the same was having leakage of gas.  Moreover, on a query put by the Commission, learned counsel for the complainant fairly conceded that the Police had not taken any steps on the basis of the complaint submitted by the complainant. 

3.      In view of the above, the appeal is without any merit and is therefore dismissed.
