On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that no steps have been taken by the Complainant from March, 2023 till date for filing amended memo of parties and for filing relevant documents on record as was directed vide Order dated 24/05/2023 whereas complainant has been appearing May, 2023 till August, 2023 sought adjournment again and again. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant. Commission is not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further as complainant has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution. File be consigned to record room.
