SRI. JIMMY KORAH (PRESIDENT)

Complainant has filed this compliant before the Forum alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties.  On a detailed verification of the compliant, affidavit and petition for an interim stay and order documents produced in evidence it can be seen that the complainant had not availed any service from the opposite parties for consideration.  In this respect complainant cannot be treated as a “Consumer” and the cause of action stated in the compliant will not come within the purview of consumer dispute.  Hence, for the ends of justice; the complaint is to be dismissed since it is not maintainable.

Complaint dismissed.
