ORDER

The complaint is allowed. The o.p. shall provide for underground drainage facilities and proper approach roads to the complainant who is one of the residents of H.I.G. Locality of Dattagalli Layout, within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of this order failing which appropriate action has to be initiated against it on a petition being made by the complainant in that behalf. It shall pay a sum of Rs.250/- towards the cost of these proceedings to the complainant and bear its own.
