ORDER

1. Interest at 15% on Rs.3,30,000/- from 1-4-93 till the date of handing over temporary possession i.e., 26.6.96. (One year after the original anticipated date of completion as per the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission's order No. O.P. No. 54 of 1993, decided on 11.1.95, published in I (1995) CPJ 95 (NC). 2. Cost of garage as per the PWD Schedule rate of 1989-90 Rs.19,844/-. 3. Cost of Upstair and Star case at PWD schedule rate for 1989-90 Rs.14,155/-. 4. Court costs Rs.500/-. 5. We further direct the opponent to provide the houses No. HIG 230 and HIG 229 at Vijayanagara III stage, with all the basic amenities within two months from the date of this order.
