Order Below Exhibit 1

             In view of the pursis filed by the Complainant and the e-mail received from the Complainant to the Proprietor of the Firm and say filed by the Opposite Party to saddle the cost on the Complainant for withdrawal of this complaint. Upon hearing the advocate for the Complainant Smt. Rujuta Patil and Smt. Savita Ramaj, Ld.Advocate for the Opposite Party we find that as the Complainant is unconditionally withdrawing the complaint and the Opposite Parties did not file their technical submissions till toady, it is just and proper to allow the Complainant to withdraw this complaint with no order as to cost.  The complaint is accordingly disposed off.
