None present for both the parties. On perusal of record, this Commission vide order dated 21/3/2022 issued fresh notice to both the parties. Since this appeal is quite old  and the parties were constantly absent. On perusal of even previous orders of this Commission, the appellant failed to take cognizance of orders of this Commission and remained absent constantly. It appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting this appeal further. Hence the appeal is dismissed in default.
